funcionários antipaticos, casa de banho suja e o ralo não funciona o que fez com que a casa de banho e o quarto parcialmente inundasse e ninguém foi limpar em 3 noites mesmo tendo pedido variadas vezes

Super Lage im Zentrum. Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig.
Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Das Frühstück war auch eher mager.

The hotel is located right in the city center. It has very cozy beds. A microwave, coffee maker, and teapot are great bonuses. Breakfast is quite modest, with no buffet, and they cook your dish (eggs with some extras) as per your order, one meal per person, but I must admit, it is not bad. Also, they have a very nice pool, sauna, and fitness room—definitely make your stay in the hotel a pleasurable experience.
I ordered a room with the city view but... the windows were very dirty, and when I say dirty I mean it. Besides windows, there are no complaints.

La posizione centrale, adatta soprattutto per i giovani perché a 5 minuti a piedi c’è Lipscani, la zona con tutti i bar e le discoteche. Inoltre è nella parte più estetica e sfarzosa di bucarest, quindi bello anche fare una passeggiata in giro. Vicinissima anche la fermata metro (Universitate). Bella Hall e personale super gentile.
La camera era sporchissima. Appena arrivate abbiamo notato una mosca morta accanto alla finestra che da chissà quanto stava li. Gli utensili da cucina tutti pieni di aloni (inutilizzabili). La camera piccolissima, non me l’aspettavo assolutamente così. In bagno non ci sta nemmeno mezzo mobiletto e le cose non si sa dove appoggiarle, quindi devastante per le femmine. Nella nostfa camera inoltre c’era un armadio che però non poteva essere utilizzato, perché era posizionato nell’angolo e incastrato tra il muro e il letto cosicché i cassetti non si potevano aprire (mi chiedo quindi cosa stesse a fare lì). E nel weekend per tutto il pomeriggio e tutta la sera, fino alle 22 circa, ci sta un Tizio sotto l’edificio che suona il sax per strada e la musica arriva fino alle camere (eravamo al 3 piano), quindi è impossibile riposarsi. Infine la spa: l’acqua della piscina torbida e puzzolente, mi ha lasciato il costume impregnato di quell’odore di sporco. Per quello che abbiamo speso ovviamente era molto bello l’edificio, ma dalle foto e dalle descrizioni è un grande crepa, preferivo spendere di più e stare più comoda.

It was right in the center, within walking distance from anywhere we went. It was clean and comfortable with big double beds and we had access to the spa area. All of that at a low price per night too. Excellent choice of stay!
The shower tends to overflow, wetting the floor of the bathroom but it wasn't anything serious for us, we just put down a towel and we were ok.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec balcon et je n'y avais pas accès. Lorsque j'ai vérifié avec le personnel à la réception, on m'a informé qu'il n'y avait personne pour déverrouiller la porte.
Lorsque je suis arrivé dans la chambre, la poubelle de cuisine n'avait pas été vidé.

Sauna war nur Teils funktionsfähig und war eher lauwarm als heiß. Personal war zudem sehr unhöflich.
Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört den Straßenlärm.

La struttura si trova in una posizione vantaggiosissima. A 5/10 minuti dalle principali attrazioni. 15 minuti di auto dall’aeroporto. Il letto é spazioso e comodo. La struttura offre diversi servizi come ad esempio una splendida piscina.
Per quanto l’appartamento fosse bello ritengo peccasse di pulizia. Abbiamo trovato una macchia di caffè sul comodino, tracce di unghie tagliate sul tappeto, il phone sporco, tantissima polvere in bagno ed evidenti macchie di calcare intorno alla rubinetteria del bagno. La pulizia della stanza inoltre, é a pagamento.

It was extremely hot in the room and i stayed in March! Windows could not be opened either. It was unbearable, and was not possible to sleep the entire night. The accommodation refuses to give compensation for what turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable stays in my experience. Would NOT recommend it.

The location is perfect, if you want to stay in the city center - it cant go better. The interieur is completely new, everything is tidy, also in the hallways. Great beds as well!
The smell in the bathroom was really disgusting. It smelled like in the toilet of a metro station (i have to commit, we didnt complain because we were staying for only two nights).
What i disliked even more is the whole "system" how this hotel works. We arrived at 14:10 and were optimistic to be able to enter the room 50 minutes earlier than allowed. Still, the receptionist wasnt able to let us in, because of a "door room"-code, he said. Customer is not the king in this place, its more important what the technical facilities allow.
Besides that, we couldnt reach the reception via phone. there is no Telephone in the room, also no clothes hanger. When we wanted to call the reception once, we ended up speaking to somebody of this company in Zurich. When i went down to the reception, i had to wait 15 minutes. i just wanted to ask the simple question "is late check out possible", but for this simple information i had to wait so long. The woman on the reception had to deal with two customers, she clearly would have needed an assistant. Maybe hiring a second person on the reception would be an option.

Very clean, good looking place. Nice facilities like the Spa, restaurant and overall vibe is cool and modern with a touch of classic.
The bathroom was very nice. Everything is branded.
The sauna was not working - such a massive disappointment, as I understood there are 2 is actually only 1. Waterfall at the pool was not working. I say you get your spa in order the sooner the better, as I booked this stay only for this. The Spa os rather small, so I would consider booking slots for maximum of 8-10 people, for a max duration of max 3h or smth.
There was a smell of iron or some industrial smell like iron, steam. I would consider you add perfume or some fragrances on the corridors to improve here.
The room was nice and clean BUT:
- the carpet felt wet
- the microwave(tho a good one) door is not coming out, i had to use a card to pull it.
- very sharp edges on the bet corners, I injured myself
- TV was slightly old gen, so no smart features.
If your going the way your design suggests, I would advise you start taking into consideration the smaller details, because the pictures set an expectation and then disappointment comes along because of these issues.

No reception. Not so clean, they only clean the room once a week so if you are lucky maybe you get new clean towels while you stay there.

The location of this property was fantastic. Right in the middle of one of the best streets in the city for food and drinks. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a pool and jacuzzi which is covered in the cost of the room. The bathroom was a generous size with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and a great size for 2 people.
The room was very hot even with the fan set to cool and the window open. I would have liked if there was a mirror in the room as well as the bathroom.

Nei giorni di soggiorno (3 notti) le stanze non sono mai state rifatte, pur avendolo chiesto mi è stato risposto che essendo domenica lo staff non era disponibile.
Avendo necessità di una tovaglia doccia mi sono rivolto alla reception ( il personale sembrava una guardia, penso di non sbagliare ), la quale mi risponde che non è disponibile.
Infine, ho chiesto di lasciare le valigie il giorno del ceck out avendo il volo la sera… anche qui nn è stato possibile.
Curando un minimo l’attenzione per l’ospite avrebbe il massimo.

What does the location look like, the positioning of the location, the spa, the restaurant.
Keeping the heat in the room is not kept or maintained. It doesn't cope with the ventilation, plus it makes a noise even if it's on the 1st gear. I woke up frozen and with a headache because I couldn't rest properly. Breakfast is served on the counter at the bar, and with a few dishes, very poor.
It would be nice if there was someone permanently at the reception, to meet you when you arrive. So everything is very cold and soulless, even if the location looks gorgeous.
