The room was pretty nice .
The food from SteakHouse was really junk !
I ordered two burgers, and they were so bad that not even pigs would eat them. On top of that, I paid around 400 lei for them. The quality of service overall has also declined dramatically over the past year at Marriott Buc

The Senator Suite is very nice and comfortable, with a good view overlooking the town. Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was tasty and the setting is very comfortable. Our waiter in the Cucina Restaurant (a young man from Sri-Lanka) was very friendly and made an excellent Tiramisu at the table, he definitely deserves a promotion for the quality of his customer service.
A taxi driver hired in front of the hotel (but not related to the hotel) tried to scam us to pay 128 RON to drive to the Marmorosch, a trip about 5 km that should officially cost only about 15 RON. Maybe the hotel should be more selective in who they allow to pick up passengers from their driveway.
