Nice, clean and cosy hotel with friendly personell.

a very cozy hotel, looks like a designer job, close to city centre, a very nice room with bathtub in the bedroom and the room was like in the pictures. Loved it!

I booked for 3 people but I had no bedding for the sofa, just a duvet, we arrived very tired at 3am so I did bother asking about, especially when is no phone in the room. The shower drain was emptying very slow so had to do a very quick shower, but after I figured out that the shower tap was hot on the blue side and cold on the red side. 🤔 I had the room at floor 5 and my keycard wasn’t working so had to go down to reception to ask for a quick check but the 2 reception girls were dealing with requests of 1 guest, so ignored me. All this time my family was waiting for me outside the room. Service is something they definitely have to work on!!

The room was very clean with a cute design. The reception team was very friendly and respectful, also helped to store my luggage for couple of hours after check out.

At night it was very noisy, hard to sleep, even though it was already midnight, were couple of guests seating on the terrace at the ground level and I could hear them, so I decided to use ear plugs to be able to fall asleep.

the room was very clean and new. looked very nice and stylish. But the bed was too soft and small sized. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Bathroom is perfect

entrance to the hotel looks like a back door surrounded by common old houses. no remote control for the AC so you need to wake up all the time to switch on\off the AC
