Great location (next to the Parliament Palace and the Cathedral), on a quiet street, easy access in the hotel and in the room just with some codes provided at the time of the booking.
Coffee, tea and water in the room, comfy bed.
The price was decent.
The balcony door key didn't work
There was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom

Foarte curat si foarte confortabil, nu ma asteptam la o cazare atat de buna. Locatia excelenta, aproape de hotelul Marriott (pentru cei care au nevoie sa participe la conferinte, cum a fost cazul meu), zona linistita, am putut dormi bine.
Pentru ca nu este personal deloc, m-am simtit putin ciudat in hotel, mai ales ca nu aveam exista o varianta de a se incuia camera pe dinauntru (sau macar a se bloca deschiderea totala).

The hotel is very clean and organized.
the location is very good. few minuts walk to the Parliament.
we got the top floor (room 11) and we had the entire roof as our balcony.
I had some special requests from the hotel and they were very nice and helpful.
most of the time there is no one in the reception, you get a code for the entrance and for the room
the only thing is the lack of elevator.
but its not too much of a trouble.
besides that, it was a very nice choice for our stay.

I liked the location, since it was close to my conference venue. Also the room size and the initial cleanness. I also liked that when I came earlier and phoned the staff, they reacted immediately, so I did not have to wait.
The thing that I disliked the most was the fact that room N1 practically does not have any day light in. This should be explicitly stated, as in other hotels. For example, if I knew, I would select another room or hotel. I worked on an artificial lamp light all the time. It is depressing. Also, the days after my coming, the cleaning service was not the best - it came late, the bed was not made, a new bottle of water not present in on the desk every day, as stated in the hotel rules, hand soup not sufficient. I could not rely on them for getting my boarding pass printed or ordering a taxi. No real breakfast.
