Location, location, location. Very spacious apartment, close to everything.

Lots of room, it felt like a home away from home.

Maybe provide coffee filters for the coffee machine and coffee.

Outstanding experience. The apartment is amazing: specious and well equipped rooms (there are even 2 bathrooms), cozy and clean. The host is super friendly and ready to help. The location is great, exactly city center with awesome view. I would million times recommend this place.

The property was great, large apartment with the great location and amazing view. Would definitely recommend this to my friends. The host was very kind to offer suite cases storage for a bit after we signed out. Very sweet people thank you so much

well laid out. easy to get into. nice views of cruise boats. patio

As it’s on 2nd floor on main road there’s a bit of traffic noise to be expected ( didn’t bother us)

We arrived late at night due to plane delays but were met at the door by a very kind and attentive Manager who had stayed late to greet us. The next morning we unfortunately had an accident on the street on our first day resulting in a badly sprained ankle but the staff were fantastic and helped in every way possible making our stay delightful despite the fact. It is a great apartment/hotel super view of the Marina from the balcony, great for morning coffee or wine in the evenings. There are shops, restaurants bars and more right below the apartments. The apartments are well furnished and kept, bathrooms and showers very good with high quality linens and towels .Highly recommend.

The view and location are unbeatable. The space is great when traveling with another couple. We enjoy having a kitchen and living room, 2.5 baths, and especially love the balconies. Beatriz was very helpful!

The Solar Apartment was a perfect home base for our exploration of beautiful Sao Miguel.

This property was perfect for our family of 3 in every way. It was clean, had plenty of space for all of us, and had every convenience we needed. Also, if we asked for anything extra, Beatriz and Neuza were willing to get it for us right away. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Parking was included at no extra cost. The view of the harbor from our windows was beautiful. It definitely exceeded our exceptions and met all of our needs. I don't often do reviews, but was inspired to do this one following our stay at this property.

Too much noise. Shower wasn't hot enough and had very low water pressure. Boiler didn't work good obviusly.

A flawless family stay in a prime location.

The property is in a prime location, right in front of the Marina. Our flat was very spacious, with a sea view and well-equipped. It was a flawless stay for my family.

It was all really good. I have absolutely nothing to criticize.

Very spacious apartments with a great view to the marina. Well-equipped kitchen, a washer with drying mode - super convenient in humid climate of the Azores. The apartments are located in a mall - which seemed strange at first, but turned out just fine: it's on the last floor almost without stores and visitors, there is a supermarket in the same mall and you can even go to one of the restaurants without getting out of the building, which is very nice when it rains. Apartments with a seaview typically face a street which can be busy during a day, but quite calm at night (say, 11pm - 8 am), so we didn't have any problems with sleep.
