Spacious unit for 4 people. Hosts were very good in offering help/recommendations and assistance (booked us a large van sized taxi for airport). Prompt answers to any questions & requests. Good sized kitchen with sitting area. Separate living room with TV. Not really in the main area of Ponta Delgada, but easily walkable (with little or no hills to deal with). Fairly quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dining options that are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The apartment was large and comfortable, the host was very responsive and provided a lot of information on what to do, where to eat. He had tons of great suggestions. Also, the owner left us a very nice box of food items and treats!
The street by the house was narrow and sometimes cars drove very close to the door. My suggestion for people staying at this lovely accommodation is to open the door and look up and down the street before stepping out into the street.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very quiet and peaceful with comfortable mattresses and black out blinds. We rested well and enjoyed our evenings on the balcony. Very spacious too with good size bathrooms. The owner had generously left a hamper of local goodies and provided everything we needed and more. He was kind enough to book a taxi for our return to the airport and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat, things to do and regularly checked on us to see if we were all right and comfortable.

The apartment has everything you could need- towels for the beach, fully stocked kitchen, much more! The host was easy to speak with and everything was great!
