The stay was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and the service was outstanding. The room was perfectly spotless and provided just what was needed for a great rest.
The breakfast buffet was incredible—I even grabbed a couple of pieces of fruit for my walks around Malcesine! A special thanks to Marianna at the front desk: she was wonderfully helpful, recommended local spots, and even took the time to help me shoot a video and take some photos in the beautiful street next to the hotel.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town, super close to the best restaurants, the lake, nightlife, the castle, and the ferry port for visiting other places. Thank you so much!

Fabulous hotel. The staff were all excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size, very comfortable and clean with a lovely big bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great. The hotel even provided us with a pack up breakfast on our day of departure as we were leaving before breakfast. Great partnerships with some of the local restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend Garden restaurant and BarZoi. If you’re looking for somewhere central to explore Malcesine, this is the place to book.
