Extremely modern; cleaning service went above and beyond the price point (we even found our clothes folded!); staff went above and beyond for information, friendless and use of facilities after checking out; location could not be more central to the town.
The room was on the smaller side, but we still think this was above and beyond what we expected. Even far nicer than more expensive Italian hotels we have stayed in. We cannot in good conscience hold the size against it with everything else being so good.

Excellent location. Rooms were decent size and very clean and bed was comfortable.
Car parking was included in the price and felt secure.
Aircon could have been set a bit colder but we did have a heatwave whilst we were there.

The location was fantastic, in the middle of town, near cafes and shops but slightly set back from bars so noise was not an issue. Short walk to the lake front and from our room we had a Mountain View.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a good breakfast.

Great location and despite being right in the central square surrounded by many restaurants, the sound proofing of the windows was amazing. Good breakfast including savory and sweets. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Toilet was a bit smelly. A/C was pointed right on the bed.
