Excelent location. Very friendly staff , FANTADELICIOUS food.
The big problem was a few rooms a problem with the air conditioning. As well no parking. So who drives need to be advised about this.

- The room and the hotel were clean.
- The room was good for relaxing, pleasantly minimalist, without ornamental stuff.
- Some people of the staff were very nice (for instance, the people who cleaned the room, some at the reception and some at breakfast).
- The general stay was "cold". The hotel being crowded may explain why everyone in the staff was always running, trying to meet all the countless guests' needs - and why some people of the staff were not very nice, hardly responding when we greeted them (we ourselves actually stopped greeting those specific people).
- Breakfast room was loud, way too loud for a relaxing meal.
- No one warned us about the town free parking being used to host a weekly open air fair every Friday. So our car was stuck in the middle of the fair, and we could only pick it after 15 PM.
- The room and the its toilet had some modern features not very usable:
a) the reading lights, too strong and placed too high, prevent anyone from reading in bed without disturbing their partner;
b) The way the taps work, in the toilet, is far from intuitive, forcing us to discover and rediscover how to turn on and off the water, combining it with how to tap on cold or hot water.
- It was not clear to me, while booking the room, that it's narrow terrace would be facing a wall only some 2 meters way. Maybe that was my problem, of course, because, yes, there are rooms with a view to the sea and others facing a wall but further than 2 meters.
- The whole village of Nazaré was disappointing: too touristic, too fake, too crowded, too loud, too expensive.

The location was excellent less than a minute to the beach. For the price the breakfast was passable.
We booked a three bed room and one of the beds was actually a sofa, not even a sofa bed. As it was for one night we didn't say anything.
