This was the nicest and cleanest apartment we have stayed in our month in Europe. Right in the heart of town and absolutely spotless. Communication was awesome .

The location is near to the beach, near to the bus station and to the funicular.
Good kitchen equipment, balcony. Enough space.
The first door to the apartment (there are two doors) stuck, You have to pull the door towards you to turn the key.

The location is less than a minute from the beach.
The shower head was a little tricky.

Location. Price.
The main issue there was warm water that was available only sometimes or it was available for literally a dozen seconds. It was irregular and difficult to predict. It wouldn't be a problem in the summer but in the second half of November it was. Worth remembering that there is no heating in the apartment. The owner explained that the problem with water happens when all 3 apartments are used. I understand but still If I had known that I would have chosen alternative accommodation and eagerly paid more for having guaranteed basics that it is warm water every time i need that.
