Avoid at All Costs Pay and Go Elsewhere

It was close to the airport. Very hard to find anything else positive to say.

Greeted by a locked door at 3pm with manager on phone inside, had to wait for him to finish to unlock the door, that said a lot about security concerns. Old Chinese man nearby coughing up phlegm was gross and noisy. Rooms old and tired, and through the night kept up by partying of some Islander guests. We called management who twice asked the people to stop and was twice ignored. Smoking in hallways by guests also unpleasant.

Mattress was very thin on bed. Bathroom appalling, lots of thick mould in shower.

A clean mould free room.

Great for a overnight connection especially the shuttle service.

We stayed as a family, It did the job for an affordable overnight stay. Clean and tidy, fitted our family into one room. Had an excellent shuttle service to get us to and fro to the Airport.

Sliding door missing for toilet and shower.

Would return for a short stay.

Every thing was just as it needed to be, no problems that we came across. Would come back here again if passing through for work.

I cant think of anything that we didnt like.

I have stayed here before and you get what you pay for. The good out weigh the bad.

Free shuttle to the airport and parking up to 14 days. Affordable.

Rooms are outdated, tired and worn out. More focus on cleaning the room won’t go amiss however bedding was clean.

Handige overnachting nadat je midden in de nacht aankomt op vliegveld

Fijn om ergens te kunnen slapen, vlakbij het vliegveld, nadat we midden in de nacht aankwamen vanuit Australië. We werden met een busje opgehaald vanaf het vliegveld, dat was echt super top. Ook de volgende ochtend werden we weer naar het vliegveld gebracht om onze huurauto's op te halen. Geweldige service!

De kamer rook niet heel fris, maar verder zag jet er redelijk uit. Voor de prijs die we betaalde, was dit een prima deal.

Dated & tired - okay for 1 night but not any longer…

Free shuttle service and free car parking while you are away overseas. Friendly Shuttle driver

Great efforts have been made to keep the tired & dated motel clean, however the HUGE cockroaches in the bathroom undid the clean feeling, and made it hard to sleep comfortably - the place needs to desperately be sprayed for bugs/cockroaches. There was also no milk in the fridge so couldn’t have my morning hot coffee or tea

A fuir : insultes et agressivité à laccueil

La chambre était conforme à la description et propre.

L’accueil, nous avons été agressées verbalement par le réceptionniste, à cause d’une incompréhension sur les instructions pour la navette aéroport. Il ne voulait plus nous donner notre chambre et voulait nous mettre à la porte à 3h du matin à coup de « dégagez! » (3 femmes seules). Après longue négociation, nous avons obtenu nos clés.

Was awesome. Good value for money

Loved the location and that they had the complimentary airport shuttle as well as a pool. Such good value for money!

The water in the pool was a bit dirty but other than that it was great.

Good service

We were booked into room which wasn't suitable for my assessability issues ie I wasn't able to fit into bathroom with my chair so the nice reception manager upgraded us from one room to two free of charge, Thank you very much for the consideration it made our stay excellent and very good value.

It definitely needs upgrades but for value was good

That it had toilet rolls

The cockroaches all through out the ain't small either they massive u turn the light on and all you see is the scatter. The fridge has spilt rotten milk. The room stunk. We booked for one night and left at 3 am

Needs repairs and upgrading

Close to location,helpful.

Pool was not available needed cleaning, bathroom no towel hooks, window latch broken; Bedroom window latch broken, air conditioner non existent, very hot sleep was uncomfortable.

I got what I paid for

It was cheap compared to other motels

The beds feel really old. There were a lot of cockroaches

Overall happy and would use again if needed for the parking option.

Great customer service. Good to be able to leave the car there while we were away. Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent.

Table in the room was very unstable. Bathroom window security lock was broken. Remote for tv wasn’t working but the staff did sort that out which we appreciated.

Perfect place to stay for travel.

Handy to the airport. Very quiet considering how close it was to Massey road. Reception staff were very helpful.

Value for money, basic but all you need for an overnight stopover.

Great value with a free shuttle to/from airport. Very spacious room - basic but has everything you need. There was no option for breakfast so you need to take food with you as there is a kitchenette. Great cheap option if you need to stay over to catch a flight.

Our room faced a busy road so I needed to wear my earplugs to sleep.

that the shuttle you stated on the website that you would provide could not accommodate us to drop us off at the time we wanted, we had to go in the earlier shuttle which was too early for us at 3am.

Very old facilities and amenities. Should really advertise as a budget accommodation option. There was no private door for the shower room. Entrance doors and locks were hard to open.

Location, free car parking

Booked because offered free shuttle service, but it never turned up! Waited over an hour with my 10 year old at 1:45am, rang at 1am when we were supposed to, lady said she would be back to pick us up, waited in meet area, then rang 5 times with no answer once we had reached the meet point and no one was there! Airport was so busy we had no other choice but to wait, tried calling again at 230am after our uber cancelled on us and she finally answered said they wouldn't be there until 3am, ended up getting dropped off by another shuttle who saw us waiting for so long. When we got back to the motel after 3am the shuttle was sitting there about to leave, I went and told the person on reception who had just started their shift and they said the previous lady was just happy to be finishing her shift and didn't tell them there were people waiting to be picked up!! Also they had no record of us even being parked there! Felt stranded and just wanted to get out of there! As by then it was past 3am! Wouldn't stay again, there were also people drinking outside our room. Only upside is we could leave our car there, but not even that would make me want to stay there again

Where do I start. Rang through 3 days before we arrived to see if we could check in early. Was told we could check in at 11am. Rang the night before to double check. Was told maybe 11am-12pm. Got to hotel at 10:45am waited untill 11am to be told no 2pm. Was not impressed as we had 3 rooms booked for 5 children 1 baby and 3 adults. we know check-in is from 2pm but why say we could check in at 11/12. They let us wait in one of our rooms we Booked at 12. 2:10pm we went to check into the other 2 rooms to be told they still weren't ready. At this stage everyone was not happy. we probably would've still been waiting at 2:30-3pm maybe longer but I was not about to let that happen. We had a baby that need to settle and sleep. Later that night, a group of men were partying next door to the room next to my nieces room. One was getting out of hand. I soon dealt with that and not nicely either. DON'T STAY HERE.

Its a pretty basic place, but the benefits of shuttle and pet accommodation make it worthwhile.

Dog permitted which helped immensely due to the early flight times. Provision of the free early morning shuttle is a real bonus.
