We needed somewhere close to Middlemore Hospital and this fitted the bill. I wasn’t expecting too much for the very reasonable cost but was very surprised. The unit isn’t large but perfectly adequate. Good sized bathroom with separate toilet. Good amenities, lots of little extras. There was a goody basket which I thought would be be charged. But no, the nice selection were complimentary. Everything we needed for our stay.
I couldn’t fault anything. This was a more than reasonably priced motel and provided as much and more than much more expensive ones.

The location was perfect for our needs. The Unit was clean and the addition of double glazed windows made a difference to the busy street noise.
There was nothing we didn't like. The Studio Unit was exactly as was advertised.
