The room was a very good size and quiet. The feel of the hotel was lovely.
We had to eat on the bar area which was a bit cavernous and impersonal.

Greeted with a warm smile, checked in and fully informed of all areas , parking and other facilities within the hotel. After our visits for the day we arrived for Happy Hour. Followed by a selection of starters we chose instead of a Main as we weren't overly hungry . The service was amazing, the food absolutely packed with flavour texture and filled us perfectly . Staff are so friendly and accommodating . Such a comfortable bed we slept so well and a great shower .Definitely returning , we were recommended this place by a friend who travels a lot.

The rooms are always clean and tidy. The lady in the cafe was the only staff member who seemed interested in giving a good service.
It is a very long walk from the reception to the room, I had one large suitcase and two small ones and the man at the reception didn't offer to help take the bags. Even when I asked for help I was just given the concierge trolley to take them myself. He was more interested in getting back to the room out the back. It was pretty disheartening at 2am in the morning after a very long flight. This is not the first time this has happened here. The day staff the next day were no better. The lady in the cafe was lovely and friendly though. The accommodation itself is good but the staff lack the 'hospitality' bit of the experience.
