There was no check in parking area and I was not warned about this. On street parking was near impossible at this busy holiday area. The basement carpark was dark and difficult to navigate and i had to scan a pole at two different locations to get to my spot. When I left early i dropped my keys off in the box at reception only to find myself unable to get to the car park as I needed the scanner pendant to operate the lift.
The shower nozzle had a bad leak along the flexible hose. The lounge sofas were aged and dirty. The lounge lamp stand was broken. The so called double bed was two single beds joined together with an uncomfortable join line. The interior of the building outside my room had sections of wall missing.
