The location was amazing. So convenient to everything in the city, and fortitude Valley. Great parking area, and very secure apartments.
One lift (out of 2) broke down day 2 of our stay which made a difference when waiting for lift. The bathrooms were not as clean as should be - quite a lot of mould. And things around the unit are in need of maintenance. Just looking a little tired and needing a good spring clean.

Noise of other units, sirens and rubbish collections early morning. mouldy shower and dirty plates and cutlery.

the decorations in the room, the location and overall it was a comfy stay
the kitchen wear, like plates, cutlery etc were not clean and there was some other small spots around the room that weren’t clean, also got given a key that didn’t work so got locked out of the room for a good 20 minutes until we got someone to come up and give us a new key
