The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very well maintained and spotless. The lunch buffet was excellent with good variety and taste, and my kids really enjoyed it. Overall, the stay could have been very good in terms of cleanliness and food quality.
I had booked a double bed room, but upon arrival I was initially given a single bed room without explanation. Only after insisting multiple times, the staff finally provided the correct double bed setup in the same room. This should not happen, as guests expect to receive exactly what they booked without having to argue for it.
Another major concern was the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly. Adjusting the temperature made no difference. I informed room service, and although someone acknowledged it, no proper fix or follow up was done.
Additionally, the swimming pool area had no supervision at all. During ladies-only timings, there was no staff, no security, and no monitoring. People were entering and leaving freely, which made the environment uncomfortable and lacked privacy. There should be at least a staff member or security present, or cameras installed at the entrance to monitor access and ensure proper timing rules are followed.
