The prices are very high .. even with my membership they said only 5 percent discount at least do more discount since we have membership and usually book with u . For the breakfast it was fine but i noticed smelly plates and utensils . Thank u

-Premium quality furniture and appliances.
-Daily supply of sufficient complimentary bottled drinking water.
-Quick response to guest requests: toiletries or any relevant item…etc.
-Spacious & comfortable rooms.
-Excellent internet speed and coverage.
-Perfect location in Khobar.
-Very comfortable bed / mattress.
-Excellent shower quality.
-Price is relatively high.
-Limited parking inside the hotel, especially during peak seasons.
-Indoor parking is not suitable for SUV (better for small sedans).
-Bathroom sink height may not suit all guests.
-Swimming pool supervision needs improvement to ensure proper swimwear rules are followed.

-Increase the variety and number of breakfast items.

Location
I booked Non smoking 3 bedroom apartment and unfortunately there were smoke smells inside the apartment. They need to make sure smokers not allowed inside the apartment
