Receptionist should be trained with hospitality, they don’t even see face of the customer and responding during checkout, one saudi man not sure about his name, may be disrespectful is not his intention may be don’t know how to communicate in this position, otherwise the hotel is amazing, my go to in whole saudi

The location is perfect, the room is more than wonderful and clean, the staff is so polite and cooperative
The breakfast is too poor in terms of quality, variety and quantity
The restaurant staff are polite but they are pushing to have good reviews on google and this is so tricky, seems it is the hotel politics
We reserved the room according to the reviews which we found most of them are fake regarding the food and we finally recognized that the reviews were reported after having a push from the polite staff so, the guests were rating the staff not the food
The pool seems to be public, you can have a meal with a free pool access :(
