The staff was super nice and polite, they even let me leave the baggages at the hotel for a couple of hours after checking-out so I could enjoy the rest of my day without carrying them.
The hotel is very well-located: right next to the bus station and the mall and from there to the city centre is a 15-min walk.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet, they placed me as I had asked: away from the elevator, air conditioner or utility rooms.
As this is 2-star hotel, one must take into account that the facilities differ from 3-,4-, and 5-star hotels: one may see scratches or scribbles on the furniture and/or grey stains in the sheets - however I would these are the result of lack of adequate maintenance, not of cleanliness.
The main point for improvement would be the breakfast as I think it is too expensive (9,50 euros) for the quality, variety, and quantity of the food that is served.

Location was suitable to my needs.
I didn't have a breakfast.
The room 315 on the third floor, horrible noise keeping coming from ventilation system every 10 seconds, around 3 o'clock in the morning I had to walk to reception and reported to the lovely, helpful and friendly girl, she's immediately provided a nice and comfortable room on the first floor and in addition to check out 14:00 instead 11 o'clock.

Staff was very helpful and nice. And it was a pet friendly hotel.
The bathroom light was blinking, The TV's remote was old and it had tape around it so the batteries would not fall out. The room was too warm.

Overall the bed , position and the bathroom
An horrible smell of smoke inside my room that didn’t let me sleep well. Maybe it’s smell mixed with old things. Anyway, it feels not pleasant at all
