In beautiful countryside although the heatwave meant it was too hot to leave the site. The menu was varied and very good value. There was an interesting deli on site, which also provided ingredients for the great breakfast.
Many attractive areas to dine in but it was quite crowded. We found a table but the staff, though friendly, were run off their feet.
There was constant noise from the motorway when outside, detracting from the sense of peace one would expect from the location.

Comfortable room, many things to keep kids entertained, good food. Perfect to stay for a night while travelling - fresh air and relaxing moments after a long travelling day.

They have a lot of parking space directly in front of the hotel.
We arrived in the early afternoon and it was pure madness. The place was packed with people wanting to eat lunch there but almost no staff. we needed to wait pretty long until we finally received our keys to the room. The fact that the hotel, restaurant and cafe are all connected and the staff works all places doesnt help. it was really loud and you couldnt understand word anyone was talking.
