The hotel was clean and had all the usual amenities. It also had a gym, which was a nice addition. However, the opening hours over the weekend were quite limited, operating only from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On the sixth floor, there was a private event that continued until 12:30 a.m., with the restaurant reserved exclusively for attendees. Unfortunately, the music was clearly audible from our room on the fourth floor, making it impossible to sleep.
Such events should be disclosed to guests before booking. Had we been informed, we would have chosen a different hotel. There was significant noise from other guests returning to their rooms at around 3:00 a.m.
Overall, the lack of consideration for guests seeking a quiet night’s sleep was very disappointing.
