Close to the centre
The design is beautiful & retro style. Comfy & cozy. The rooms very clean and comfortable bad, I sleep very well

The room was very clean, comfortable, and a good size—not small at all. The location is also convenient, about 800 meters from the station, making it easy to get around.
The surrounding neighborhood was not the most comfortable, especially at night. There were some people in the area whose presence made us feel less safe and comfortable when walking around. Also, there is no reception service between 11 PM and 7 AM, which can be inconvenient if you need assistance during those hours.

Nearly everything. Luv the colours, comfort, breakfast, functionality, close to tram that goes to UN.
Very compact in coffee area, where clothes hang and suitcases go.but even had a fridge, coffee machine and tea making facilities.

The location is very good, near the train station but no train noise, and the room and hotel are nicely decorated as expected in a typical city hotel, clean and attractive.
The TV didn't work, and when we reported this to reception they tried to make out it was our fault, by asking if we stood on the controller (nope) or fiddled with the back of the TV (another nope). There were a lot of excuses and the receptionist was very flustered when all that was needed was a nice apology. Something bubbled in the room loudly all night as well, could have been the air con, could have been next door's pipes, either way it was like sleeping in a fish tank. I had ear plugs but my partner did not and it bothered him.
