Location! The hotel was chosen as next to bus & train stations so being used primarily as a base. It’s double glazed so barely heard the trains!
We had booked a family suite in advance, but discovered upon arrival that the previous occupant had extended their stay in our room. I had to prove what I’d booked and complain before being offered two single rooms for our first night, and then getting the room we had booked for the next two nights. As I was holidaying with my adult son, two single rooms were fine, but it was having to prove I’d booked the other room that annoyed me!!!!
The shower of one of the single rooms was not clean having hairs from the previous occupant.
