Close to the station and public transport
We got a spacious room for an affordable price
We had asked for a quiet room on a higher floor but eventually we had a lot of noise from the floor above.
The room had a faint but clear smoke smell.
The air con is located just behind the sofa bed and it makes an unbearable noise for someone sleeping there.
We were not told about and not given a transport card before our arrival. All hotels in Geneva offer one.
When asked for information via email the staff was dismissing and not really helpful

We booked 2 rooms, 1 family for 3, and 1 double. Rooms were very clean, family room was huge, with 3 double beds. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location was a little out of the center, but with free transport it was no issue. Will certainly go back to this hotel when we return to beautiful Geneva.
The double room was a quite small (304). The air conditioning did struggle, but with the temperature in the high 30's for most of our stay wouldn't really complain. Breakfast for £20.00 per person was steep, but plenty of locals stores to buy food, which is what we did.

Great location - very well served by trams so getting around Geneva was really easy.
The room was incredibly spacious and had AC. The room felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room! Very clean. The hotel also had additional facilities including a microwave which was really useful. Incredibly helpful staff throughout our stay.

Much of property is pleasant.
Stairs into property. No ramp or lift from ground floor to street level.
Gluten free , dairy free breakfast not value for money.
