Everything accessed via your phone, easy to use once you knew how! The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. Location above Macdonalds, convenient for fussy kids! Nice outdoor terrace. Friendly staff.
Too many switches in our bedroom, only a few of which we could get to work. For example, we couldn't get the blinds to open, instead they either shut or rolled up. Also the light switches were difficult to use. Maybe we aren't tech savvy enough but it was rather complicated plus there was no labelling on the switches. We didn't know which switch did what! Very confusing.
The communal set up like a high end hostel i.e. shared facilities, great but not quite what we were after.

Very nice and cozy location with everything you would need for your stay, from shared spaces to clean and cozy rooms, close to tram station and 30 mins walk from old city center

Clean. Near food market. 9th floor common space has games, pool table and panoramic views of surrounding mountains.
