Decepcionado

La habitación y el baño estaban recién remodelados, eran cómodos y agradables.

La vista desde la habitación era horrible (adjunto foto), para llegar a la habitación hay que pasar por frente a la cocina del restaurante y las fotos del hotel en Booking son engañosas.

Location good but ask for upstairs room.

Location to train station about 10 minutes and walking distance to city, about 20 minutes.

Not sure if it was the last room, however the air conditioning was awful. Made noise and had trouble sleeping. Also there was a bad scent in the room. Room was stuffy when we turned the air con off. Bit of noise from the restaurant.

Ok, but does not look so nice as on the photos

Inside nice little terasse. Nice service

On the photos looks like higher standard but indeed its quite low standard, smells old, smells cigarets and by the side is frequented road

Very good

Room is very big with big bathroom and comfortable shower. You have coffee machine and kettle inside. You can check in and check out online and I received free transport card for time of my stay.

Location is not great as it is on the busy street and entrance to hotel is weird as you need to go via restaurant. Once you enter your room, then it is great except loud music in the restaurant till late evening which was annoying. Reception is closed between 12-13 as they are on break.

Rooms in the ground floor do not have any outside windows. It feeks like a box completely exposed into a corridor. Facilities are ok, but design could be improved. Staff was friendly; however, because the property also serves as a restaurant, staff is more concentrated in serving the restaurant more than the hotel.

I had travelled geneva for twice, and had stay for more than a month in total, as far as I can conclude for all my stayed hotels, this one is excellent. The stuffs are very kind, each request could be met with higher service quality, the breakfast is good and the dinner is excellent. you shouldn't miss this hotel.

Loved Chez Maman Hotel and Restaurant, great quirky hotel, restaurant always full with happy custome

Breakfast was relaxing and most enjoyable, a very nice selection and lovely staff. Coffee was superb and quirky restaurant was adorable with beautiful internal and external decorations.

The information regarding check-in arrived after we had departed Scotland, so we were unaware of the process and it was anuncomfortable arrival.

The staff was great and very welcoming, convenient parking and excellent food in the restaurant (dinner).

The room was comfortably big, but sometimes there was a bit if smell. Breakfast was qood, but not much variety.

Convenient location. Very quiet despite being near main roads. Easy check in.

Breakfast was very limited in terms of choice. No kettle in the room for making tea.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, especially the bathroom is spacious with a good rainshower

Location is right next to a busy road. At night it can be quite loud in the restaurant with the noise also going up to the rooms. Staff seemed in a rush when checking in and only received the free public transport ticket upon explicit request the next day.

although it is close to busy traffic, the room is well isolated. spacious room with everything I needed for my stay.

-good location -big room -nice breakfast -transportation card can be picked up for free

-extremely hot at night, but we had to have the A/C on -there is no reception, you have to ask the restaurant staff to check you in which is bit strange

I was travelling solo and I really appreciated the hotel for its comfortable bed that provided me with a possibility for

The combination of a hotel with a great restaurant. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not that well situated, but is an easy ride by public transport to all places and offers a possibility to park your car for a small price (only 10 CHF per night).

The room was a little dark.

Lovely stay with one important note

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Space was clean and well-cared for. Amenities were generous. Price was affordable.

Music on Friday night was played until 1AM. Wr completely understand that the attached restaurant may have been entertaining patrons, but would have appreciated a heads up beforehand.
