Very quirky and unique. The apartment was spacious and super clean. They take care of every little detail. We loved it and felt comfortable.

We came over to Switzerland to spend time with our son and stayed at the hotel for our son’s 30th birthday. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was very good. Emails were answered swiftly and the free transport card was a welcome surprise.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the superior room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was very limited. A little more choice and a selection of fresh fruit would have been good.
There is no “formal” reception area, everything is dealt with in the restaurant.
The access to our rooms was behind the bar, past open doors into storage areas etc which made my “first impression” of the hotel not as good as it could have been and brought the tone down.
We ate in the restaurant on our first night and although the food was nice, I don’t think it justified the cost at the end. I would suggest you find a restaurant in Geneva which offers a nicer view (this restaurant overlooks the car park onto a busy road) and perhaps better value for money. The restaurant charges high prices but I have eaten better food for less in Switzerland.

I liked the staff, the breakfast, the bed and the bathroom.
The room didn't have a window to the exterior. The side of the room with the entrance was made entirely of glass and faced a corridor where people walked past. At least there were good curtains facing the corridor. I wish the room had been connected to the outside directly, like in a motel.
