Everything was perfect, from booking to checkout. The hotel is perfectly located and the location was easy to find based on their instructions.
The room although not very large was absolutely perfect for a long weekend. Very comfortable bed, noise proof was amazing, breakfast delicious. The rooftop terraces are great, cocktails wonderful.
We had a specific request for out room and the staff was so kind to provide everything we needed. Everyone was so nice, they made the entire stay a delight.

I would like to give excellent feedback to Carla and everyone at the Ruby Claire Hotel. Carla and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. They made everything so easy and was always happy to assist with a warm and friendly attitude.
Carla’s outstanding customer service really made a difference and contributed to a very pleasant experience. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate all her help. Thank you, Carla!

The location is perfect, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. The lake is a short 3 minute walk away and the staff were all fantastic.
Restaurant/bar has plenty of space and cocktail choices. The shower was good size and good water pressure.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it did look good. Had a balcony and was a decent size but we didn't use it as we were out most of the day.
Our room layout was a little odd with the bed facing the wrong way (this is apparently only in a small number of rooms) and it was very small, there were no side tables or drawers and small hanging space so could not unpack fully. We had a large suitcase and found it difficult to open without putting on the bed.
I knew no coffee or iron would be in the room (not a problem) but if you are on the 7th floor and want to iron your clothes you need to walk through bar and recpetipn to go downstairs, not the end of the world but would be more comfortable if we stayed on another floor (they have an iron and coffee room on every room execpt the 7th).
Overall I still think this is a good choice but would be more careful with the room selection.
