It is an established hotel, the staff is very helpful and open, the room has enough space and it is very clean. There is a small kitchen space that is very helpful. Exceptionally good bed. The location is quite good, not far from the lake. Geneva is a very expensive city so, in the context of that, the price of the hotel looks decent.
Some of the facilities are worn out (water gathers in the sink etc) and the kitchen could contain a microwave and at least some salt and pepper.

Great staff. Good location for walking and reasonably close to transit. Great breakfast. Very clean.
Window curtains in our particular room did not block enough light from outside very well. Could not get room sufficiently dark at bedtime.

Overall the studio was OK and clean, nice crisp bed sheets but you could hear all noises from the other rooms and bathrooms especially. For one night it was OK.
At first we were not given the exact studio we booked, but we were switched after making this known.
