Not a modern hotel and uncomfortable bed

Location is good

No toilet paper in the bathroom, mattress was uncomfortable and during the night a very disturbing noise was present all night long

Hotel estupendo!!

Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la estación y del transporte público. El personal de recepción super amable y muy simpáticos. Habitación muy amplia ( teníamos hasta una pequeña cocina ), luminosa y muy limpia.

Por poner una pega, las almohadas de la cama eran muy duras e incómodas. Por suerte había otras más blanditas en el armario que pudimos usar sin problemas y todo solucionado.

Recommend this hotel

Location. Train station, bus station, Geneva lake-all at walk distance. Personnel reacted promptly to all questions. Free public transportation card was presented for the period of stay.

No air on. In heat of summer fan was not efficient. Doors, including furniture doors are squeezing.

Not bad, but room for improvement.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fine, you could see the lake and there was a window you could open.

It was too hot, the heating was on and no way to turn it off. I left the window open day and night. The shower took ages to get warm. All Swiss hotels have odd recessed sockets that regular EU adapters don't fit, so charging appliances is a challenge and there was only one USB-A socket on the side of the TV.

Very happy with our stay, would stay there again!

The staff were so helpful and nice! The hotel is also located in a nice area close to the tram and lake! The kitchenette had all the necessities.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Friendly staff

The room is small and it smell, have to open the window although it was 36 degree outside so we can sleep. The breakfast is poor quality.

It was absolutely one of the best place for my stay of 14 days.

Breakfast was awesome. It had a lot of options for both veg and non-veg at very affordable rate.

amazing stay would definitely recommend!

It was in a great location, the rooms were amazing and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the reception was very kind and helpful.

One of our rooms didn’t have a full length mirror but that’s all!

Very friendly and polite workers of hotel Clean room, nice breakfast Not very warm in winter, but you can ask for additional devise and it will be perfect Was very pleasured to use special bath aroma oil

There is no toothpaste Didn’t like that soup was 3 in 1, not comfortable for girls

Rooms good size and comfortable bed. very friendly staff. room cleaned daily.

Nice breakfast included - delivered to the room for 3 CHF. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location (close to parks, transport, shops). Useful kitchenette. Good sized room.

Clean, comfortable, and exceptional service. We really enjoyed the stay here.

One warning, if you're someone who gets cold easily, remember to bring some warm clothes because they don't put on the heating until Oct/Nov (which is common in Switzerland.

A lot of things, first very nice and friendly staff, there is a second room with let's say small kitchen which is more comfortable, nice and clean room, windows can be opened fully I like that, morning breakfast is the hidden gem, very nice furnished and there is a lot of space and nice food as well.
