Honestly, the breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, but there could be improvement, especially in terms of variety. As for the beach, it was very enjoyable and impressively well-organized. The services were beyond description, and all the staff were very respectful and helpful.
I really loved the place and I will definitely come back, but I hope there will be a discount on bookings. I was very impressed with the speed of response to any feedback.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing. This time, I was placed in a building across the street instead of the main hotel. The receptionist claimed this was because my reservation was for a “garden view” room.
This explanation does not make sense, as the main hotel building also offers garden-view rooms. There is also no logical reason why I would intentionally book a room across the street and have to cross the road to access the buffet.
When I raised this concern, the receptionist was dismissive, insisted the room placement was correct, and offered no reasonable solution. The only option presented was to pay an additional $30 per night to move to the main building.
When I stated that I would document the issue in a review, his response was simply, “As you like.”
Unfortunately, this interaction, along with the lack of flexibility and disregard for a returning guest, significantly impacted my experience. I would think twice before booking again.
