Ich bin relativ anspruchslos und für meine Ansprüche bot sie alles bzw. mehr als ich brauchte. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, große Dusche, usw. Alles hat tadellos funktioniert.

The studio had a great pool view and beach access only about 3 minutes walking distance.
The owner was very kind and always checking on us, trying to help in every possible way.
We really loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it.
Nothing actually, everything was great.
Maybe adding a taller mirror to see the full outfit would make the studio even better.

Nice, clean, spacious, luxury style, good Wi-Fi, pool view, coffe, tea, soap, shampoo, sun cream and aloe.
Towels were very clean and without stains ( consider that is Egypt )
The compound is nice but huge, so you can be literally lost inside, try to find someone that speak English at the reception so they can help you.
The princess beach is quite nice.
There is a carrefour with an ATM, probably overpriced, but can potentially save you time and headaches, I’m not entirely sure about the area, but seems okay and not dangerous.
The owner, she is very nice and she try to help as much as she can.
The Egyptian currency loose roughly 1% a month so obviously they don’t dislike €/£/$ 😄
Everything is okay, but if something unexpected happens, you'll have to use Google Translate, for Arabic, risking to be '’lost in translations'’ but the headache won't be too much.
Misunderstandings for the beach cards should be avoided…
TBH I didn’t receive the card for the princess beach the first day ( but my circumstances were particular: overbooked by my mistake for the wrong flight )
The second day the owner was apparently ready to give me one card but I decided to not disturb and to pay 200 EGP at the beach ( 400 EGP with 50% OFF ) to avoid the headache of the bureaucracy inside the building and to avoid loose time.

Pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui est annoncé
Mauvaise adresse -> J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un taximan compréhensif.
L'air conditionné souffle vers les lits.
Pas confortable.
Sur la terrasse, la chaleur et le bruit sont très intenses suite au positionnement de l'air conditionné.
Le bâtiment est un énorme chantier.
Les finitions sont horribles.
La douche est tellement mal faite que l eau reste dedans au lieu de s evacuer naturellement.
Seulement 2 essuies donc :
Un pour la piscine et un pour la douche ?
Rien pour le sol quand on sort de la douche du coup.
Pas invivable. Si vous avez juste besoin d une chambre pour dormir ça fait le taff.
