Clean , tidy apartment , helpful reception staff
Bellman didn’t help or offer to help with the bags or showing the room , just guiding ( which was confusing )
No elevator available to reach the apartment (with 2 sleeping kids can be tricky)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything you need. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

Location was good nearby the walk. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The Suites were far in walk from hotel facilities, and also smell of the sewerage system was dominant at the suites area. The Suites maintenance is fair, but could be better.
