Lovely beachfront 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, Apt. 403. Well appointed and nicely decorated. Spacious, comfy and clean. Well stocked kitchen, except nothing to wash dishes with. Coles nearby.Handy to tram, North Burleigh Surf Club (good food) and several other very good retaurants. Beach and walking track directly in front.
Arrived to find we were in Apt 105, ground floor. Large but soul-less, devoid af any decoration, wires hanging off TV etc, and pretty tired. Woken at 6am by construction site racket 2 metres from our not-very-clean balcony. Asked to shift and the world changed to wonderful.

Location and proximity to the beach.
We were right next to a building site with noise from 6.30 am till 4.00pm.
The superior ocean view room that we were given was on the 5th floor with only ocean glimpses between the trees. For the premium price of the room I expected to be on a higher floor with better views.
