Location
A little dated but clean and tidy.

Very quiet room, pleasant decor, the lady at reception was great very accommodating, great location right across the road from the beach and very close to Christine Ave tram stop

Beautiful clean room on level 10. Bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was lovely.
The only thing that could improve the room would be to include sheer curtains as well as the roller blinds on the windows where adjoining buildings look straight into the rooms.

The location was great. The kitchen had adequate equipment. The sauna was enjoyable.
The apartment was filthy. There were pieces of pop corn and little bits of rubbish on the floor, the carpets are so stained and worn. The bathroom was full of mould and the shower/bath was slimy and stained. This is no disrespect to the cleaners - I assume the issue is not enough time allocated to cleaning apartments. But also this venue obviously has no scheduled deep cleans. We stayed in a big group across multiple rooms- they were all in a similar state of dirtiness. Pretty disappointing for what I paid.
