Position. He[pfulness of Zac. Good kitchen, sparsely equipped.
Wheelchair/walker access - difficult to use inside steps. Surely ramps would not be difficult to install.
Mirror finish tiles in showers dangerous. Skirting boards dusty. Dirty under double bed in second bedroom.

Clean and close to the competition we were going to. The staff were wonderful and helpful.
Had no tv but could go without.

What a great location. A 2-3 minute walk to the shops and restaurants.
5 minutes to the surf club and bowling club.
An indoor and out pool as well as 2 spar pools.
A gym and sauna.
A pickleball court which you could book.
We had a partially refurbished apartment which was more than adequate.

Location perfect. Close to city centre and beach. Nice and quiet with nice views. Parking and apartment location suitable for a few nights stay. The pool and spa were ok but outdated. Nice addition of vouchers to be used at local surf club and cafe welcome.
We were very disappointed in the presentation of apartment 38 on 10th floor. Lots of things that needing attending to maintenance wise and was expensive for what was offered. The basic cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard also. We notified management who attended to some issues during our stay however most issues were due to unacceptable cleanliness and poor maintenance.
