Not remarkable but reasonable value for money.

Good location- spacious unit. Clean linen & well equipped kitchen. Check in process was explained well by staff via email and text.

Generally a bit run down - the carpets outside the lift on our floor were very stained and grubby. Reception closes at 3pm and is only open weekdays.

Comfortable apartment in a great location, and can be very attractive when all repairs are done

There was a luck of glassware. Old appliances. Washing machine didn't work. Gas stove couldn't be electrically ignited. Basin's drainage was blocked. TV in the lounge couldn't be remotely control as the remote was a different TV brand.

Location was great

Unit was very dirty, Pool and gym were closed due to renovations which is fine normally however I booked the property with the intent of using them and was not notified they were currently closed

Anyone else have trouble getting the key deposit back?

Property was fine and decent value

The property took a $200 key deposit and have held it for a month. Have called multiple times for refund but still haven’t received anything. Not sure if this is a scam or just really bad communication but still haven’t got the money

Matched the price, convenient and comfortable. Aircon average.

Close to everything in the city, you are left with freedom to enjoy your time at this place. Convenience to food, pubs, city night life but still feel you have your own place for a night in the city. Safe walking anywhere tomand from the apartment,which are spacey.

Place didn’t look like the pictures, a little dated but tidy and matched the price. Excellent position to anywhere in the city. Staff were surly and you need to get there early as check in closes about 3-330 pm.

Very dirty Clothes dryer doesn’t work. We washed clothes and had to take it to laundromat to dry. Tv has lines thru it and you can’t watch it Fan in 2nd bedroom doesn’t work and room isn’t air conditioned. Robe bumper strip is laying on the robe floor

The television kept saying ‘wrong format’ yet you could hear the channels, just not watch them

The Flynn was pretty average.

The location was close by the main attractions in the city so Ubers were affordable most of the time.

The property wasn’t very nice. It was dirty and the walls had terrible paint and marks. The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty and all facilities (pool, gym, e.c.t) were closed but yet the cost of the room was still higher than others. The pictures shown online weren’t even of our room and there was never any staff downstairs to help

If these things are rectified then I would stay again.

Closeness to CBD - cafe/ restaurant

2nd toilet not working. Light globes in bedrooms not working. Cups were stained so we didn’t have a tea/coffee we were looking forward to having once we arrived after a long air flight . Table was not wiped clean - or a dirty cloth was used.

If it wasn’t for the location, we wouldn’t go back.

The location was perfect for our trip.

Reception was never open. The couches smelt like they’d never been cleaned. Half the cutlery was bent out of shape.

Not worth it. Not as advertised. Not good quality.

Location, comfy bed but not enough to make up for false advertising (images and amenities listed do not match property and were damaged hooks hanging out the wall over bed).

Not as advertised, images, quality and amenities listed NOT what property is actually like. There was damage to the walls with hooks for the bed head that was torn off the wall and removed but the hooks still hanging out and a hazard above a bed, disgustingly dusty and unclean, neither property or booking.com have helped rectify this, although have admitted this is the case.

found crisps on floor and couches were not clean. issue with plumbing, both bathrooms smelling of sewage tumble dryer not working and iron was found in the washing basket in water

Close to anywhere in Brisbane, but didn't meet expectations

The location was great, easy access to areas of Brisbane. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the unit was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately, the unit was not even close to the property photos. The unit we had was quite small, very tired and knocked about, in desperate need of a refresh. The quality of unit for the money was disappointing

dirty and run down

The pool was closed, outside was very run down and dangerous ,we found our room dirty from other people. we found a nitrous oxide bulb under the couch. we told reception but just apologised.

Location was tops, in the vicinity of walking distance to Brisbane city, easy access to all the needs. Check_in at around 10am well outside the normal check-in time at 1400hrs. Spacious room, self cooking.

Immediately after booking under the non-refunable category, recieved a message that the swimming pool was closed, under maintenance, just to learn that maintenance may commenced around June 22. Minor electrical issues included lightnings and fan but rectified within 45 minutes. Discovered the carpet in our of rooms was wet and reported the matter. Hopefully, it has been fixed. The dryer may have electrical issues as well... Two single beds joined to be the queen bed...Room 87
