We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Sharm Dreams. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for money.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Mina at the reception, who was very kind, professional, and always ready to help. He made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
The room was comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The bar staff were also very friendly, attentive, and cooperative.
Overall, everything about the hotel was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Jaz Sharm Dreams to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Good facilities, waterpark was fun, nice resort.
Unfortunately our trip was let down by one of the bar staff and another staff member. Treating me like a "princess" as they put it and making it out like they were giving me a free drink, before demanding I paid for it, they got aggressive when I said I didn't order it and wasn't paying for it. They even said it was a free welcome drink and that a girl like me should be treated etc, it was quite uncomfortable. This happened a few times, so i denied "free" drinks the next time, the staff were again aggressive that i wouldn't accept it, as they wanted to charge me for these pricey drinks. I brought it up with the hotel manager, who was very nice and offered us a free lunch on check out and apologised for their behaviour but I still feel I need to write this, it was very intimidating being treated like this by these staff members and i was always second guessing whether staff were actually being nice to me or had an alterior motive, which wasn't very pleasant and I didn't always feel safe experiencing this.
