the staff so friendly and helpful as usual they made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable, the rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were great, the beach is wonderful, food is perfect, service is excellent - I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

المكان على الشاطئ قريب جدا من الخدمات ومن مطعم ماكدونالدز والمشاية يبعد عنك حوالي ٢ كيلو واشكرالمعلم احمد حسين انسان راقي وانصح التعامل جدا معه ومعلم محمد محترم ونزيه وهذ غير مجاملة وانصح به عوائل او عزابي لكلايهما .

Terrible , couldn't wait to leave.

Pool was nice , beach was lovely .

Food terrible Staff terrible Noise kept us awake Staff giving out dirty towels Drinks served warm in a small cup Staff couldn't communicate with English Had to check out after 3 days , requested money back and gave them info . Complained every day until couldn't cope any long .

the stay was uncomfortable, the amenities were unsanitary and poor quality and the service was terrible

1- they tried to overcharge me in dollars using a higher rate than the official bank exchange rate 2- my booking includes a full minibar but they did not provide even after my request 3- my booking was all inclusive but they limited me to one bottle of water per day for two people. and refused to provide any water at the last day 4- they didn’t provide us any beach towels even after I requested 5- the rooms were unsanitary and the shower and sink were constantly getting clogged 6- the food was very limited and the quality was very poor

my recent stay at El Gafy Hotel was enjoyable. Most of the staff, particularly Waleed at the reception and the manager, Ahmed, were helpful and friendly. However, the hotel would benefit from more investment to keep it in better condition.

Some of the stuff needs to deal better with the guests.

I was charged an extra night even though I modified the booking in time. The hot water and wifi weren’t working well. As a woman traveling alone, there weee a few times I felt uncomfortable

my stay was very special thanks to the amazing stuff who did the best of the best to make my stay incredible ❤️ the firs

the stuff was amazing.. especially mister Hisham the housekeeping’s manager who was calling me every day to check if I need anything or if something is bothering me😍 mister Adel the general manager who took care of all the details in my stay .. and million of thanks to all the workers in Gafy❤️

the breakfast and the dinner were good but the lunch needs some improvement. The line to the drink was very long, in my opinion better to make two drinking stations to make it easier.
