The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is perfect and has shallow waters for small children. The coral is nearby and the fish swim close to the shore and you can almost touch them. It was amazing. Take Note: There are 2 sides of the hotel, which we didnt know upon booking. The Palm wing is opposite the main road and the other side has beach access. The entertainment during the day and night is much better at the beach wing than at the Palm wing. Daily snacks/food on the All Inclusive package is served at the beach wing and not the Palm wing. Overall stay was great and we will return.
The breakfast could have been better. Every morning it was the same food and the only meat served were sausages and cold meats. Lunch and dinner buffet were much better, as well as the food served at the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! A special thank you to Ghadeer, Symbol, and Ali, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the day, starting from check-in and continuing throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and they even kindly gave us a complimentary late check-out extension, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the hotel was amazing. The amenities were excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you can stay on the beach side. It made the experience even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is good for families. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed. The animation team, especially Joseph, worked hard to keep guests entertained and made the stay more enjoyable.
The restaurant and bar service were disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. If you arrive slightly late for meals, many dishes are already empty and often not refilled even after asking staff. Drinks were also very limited — once items like Coke Zero or juices finished, they were usually not replaced. We also had a small injury during our stay and the hotel had no proper doctor on site, only a staff member who immediately directed us to an extremely expensive hospital without even checking the injury properly. The medical experience felt very commercial and overpriced. Also, all-inclusive only includes local alcohol, which should be explained more clearly.
