Our stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay was truly unforgettable, enhanced by the world-class hospitality of the entire team. A special and well-deserved mention must go to the restaurant manager, Mr. Emad Salah. He is an absolute gentleman and a true asset to this hotel. Throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner, he was actively involved on the floor, visiting every table to personally check on guests, ensure satisfaction, and refine the dining experience.
Mr. Salah’s attention to detail went far beyond standard service. He arranged a remarkable birthday surprise for my daughter that made her day truly magical. Furthermore, he took the time to ask about our food preferences a day in advance, personally bringing out custom-prepared chicken and lamb steaks the following day. His presentation, warmth, and genuine care are things I will never forget. The entire dining team shares this remarkable mindset. You can tell they genuinely enjoy feeding their guests and making sure everyone relishes each bite. They leave no stone unturned to ensure you have the best possible experience. The hotel management is truly fortunate to have a leader like Mr. Emad Salah setting such a high standard.

We just stayed here for 2 nights and i want to specially thank (Ahmed magdy (i cannot remember the family name)) and Mr Emad from the main restaurant for their attention, smile and their polite way also Room devision manager
And the receptionist was attentive and so fast
All was so active and hard workers
Room was clean
Food was very good and tasty
Calm and comfy
I was so happy for my short stay
Small pool and sunbeds always busy
