We stayed here in April and immediately re-booked to come back in September as it was so nice. The staff especially Ali on reception & the breakfast manager & chef go above & beyond to assist you & make your holiday special. We love the location and the fact the beach area is directly in front of the hotel. You can also snorkel in the 2nd beach area where we saw some amazing fish. The rooms are cleaned daily and re-stocked with water, snacks, bathroom supplies. Breakfast is on another level as we were treated to our own private buffet and he makes anything you want. The sunrise is amazing in front of the hotel and we had the jacuzzi beach front room which was perfect.
A point to note is the 2nd beach area is closing from Monday 14th Sept and they are expanding the beach area in front of this hotel so not sure what it will be like in the future. The only thing I would say is the snorkeling is better in the 2nd beach area due to the coral rocks there & they close the beach at 6pm and you aren't allowed in the water after this time and the whistles will drive you mad to get people out the water!

The breakfast waiter Ahmed was an exceptionally good staff member who made sure we were taken care of.
The lady receptionist was not much helpful.
The location is good, the hotel was clean and a nice view. Bare in mind their private beach is overcrowded and small giving almost no space to swim or relax.
It is more like a 4 stars hotel rather than 5 stars.
I had late check out at 13:00 which was clearly mentioned in my booking, hence they forced us to leave the room at 12:00. Despite us showing them the 13:00 oclock late check out the receptionist was not helpful.

A small and very well-maintained hotel in the heart of Naama Bay, perfectly located for restaurants, shops and nightlife. Because of its central location, it can be a little noisy at night.
The hotel offers very good 5-star facilities, with a beautiful swimming pool and access to a private beach area for hotel guests. Some of the furniture is starting to look a little dated, but overall the property is very well maintained.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Ahmed at the restaurant, who welcomed us every morning with a smile and was always incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. He really contributed to making our stay so enjoyable.
We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

The staff are great, very attentive and helpful. Great customer service and they always refilled our room with plenty of water. Wafek Wahed at reception was very nice, he has excellent customer service skills.
I don’t think you get value for money. The bathroom is not as shown in pictures, it’s not clean and the grout needs to be redone badly. The loud music from the bar upstairs is disturbing as it’s extremely loud at 2am when trying to sleep.
