We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s exceptional location, right by the sandy beach of Naama Bay and the promenade, which is a rare treat in Sharm El Sheikh. The snorkeling spot with its vibrant coral and sea life was a highlight. We were also impressed by the friendly and attentive staff across all departments—reception, management, room service, and maintenance.
The experience had several drawbacks. The food quality fell well short of expectations; while the quantity was good, the quality was poor across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was also very outdated and in desperate need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom where the shower area was damaged and clogged. At the beach, there was no staff assistance to help guests find sunbeds or umbrellas, leaving people to reserve chairs they weren't using and making it hard to find a spot. Considering these issues, the pricing is far too high—especially when compared to 5-star hotels offering better quality at lower rates. The hotel should definitely adjust its prices to match its actual 4-star service level.
