Mi è piaciuta la stanza e la piscina…ho avuto dei problemi con il personale all’inizio per quanto riguarda la stanza perché avevo prenotato una suite con accesso diretto alla piscina ma all’arrivo mi hanno dato una suite normale (nonostante le varie comunicazioni tramite messaggio con la struttura da 4 mesi) ma poi sono riusciti a darmi la stanza che avevo richiesto quindi abbiamo risolto il problema. Pulizia ottima della stanza e della piscina. Bibite a volontà per tutta la giornata.
Il cibo non mi è piaciuto gli darei un 4 su 10 perché a colazione ci si salvava ma a pranzo e a cena mi sono piaciute solo le patatine fritte e la pasta…tutte le altre cos’è nulla da fare.
La serata seafood invece non ci è piaciuta per niente…ci hanno detto che si mangiava del buon pesce e che ci sarebbe stata animazione finì alle mezzanotte ma ahimè il cibo non era nulla di che e l’animazione alle 21.30 già non c’era più niente…

Food quality and taste are great.
The room was well maintained and furnished.
The pool is beautiful, like you are swimming in a garden.
Mr. Amr, the manager, was very understanding and polite when we raised our concerns.
Bad treatment and negligence toward Egyptian guests. It made us feel very unwelcomed.
Awful check-in experience; we were not taken directly to our room but rather had to walk a lot while the the lobby man was handing over rooms to other guests before us !! which is completely unacceptable and impolite.
The variety of the buffet, variety of drinks, and snacks in the lounges overlooking the pool is poor.
