We had a wonderful stay, and what truly made it special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always smiling.
A very special thank you to Sameh Ahmed (Bellman), who was outstanding throughout our entire stay. He was always around whenever we needed help and assisted us with everything from transportation and check-in to our departure. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help at any time really stood out and made our stay much easier and more comfortable.
Special thanks also to Omar Ezzat (Bellman), who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Whenever he saw us, he immediately offered his help, no matter where we were or what we needed. His friendly attitude and constant willingness to assist us made a real difference to our experience, and we truly appreciated it.
Ahmed Abu Khozima (Guest Service Agent) gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our room.
Abdallah Salah (Housekeeping) was excellent. He was always available, responded quickly whenever we needed anything, and kept our room extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable.
At the restaurant, Lobna (Restaurant Waitress) was lovely, cheerful, and always eager to help. Chef Saad (Restaurant Manager) and AbdelRazek Mohamed (Assistant Restaurant Manager) personally checked on us during every meal, asking what we needed and doing their best to prepare anything we wanted. The variety of food was also excellent, with plenty of different choices from meal to meal, so dining never felt repetitive.
Momen Gamil (Bartender) was cheerful, helpful, fast, and very good at his job, even when serving several guests at the same time.
Mubarak Nashaat (Shuttle Bus Driver) was extremely friendly, cheerful, and pleasant with everyone. Nadia Tarek (Telephone Operator) was also very warm, friendly, and always smiling.

The property location is amazing. The beach and the corals are nice. The pool is great too.
The rooms are old - tiles are cracked and furniture looks really old.
