The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, even managing to rearrange things when I had to change my travel plans at the last minute. They were polite, professional, and always on hand to help, which was genuinely appreciated. The breakfast wasn’t the healthiest, but it was sizeable, tasty, well presented — and included! :)
I did find it disappointing that there was a lovely patio/terrace area but no terrace furniture, which somewhat defeated the purpose of having a terrace. I was also unhappy to discover that, despite booking a non-smoking room, the hotel doesn’t actually have any non-smoking rooms. It took three room changes before this was clarified. The staff did their best to help by moving me to a less frequently used room and airing it out as much as possible, but the lingering smell of stale smoke remained. The hotel really shouldn’t advertise non-smoking rooms if they aren’t available.
Aside from a few anomalies — such as a door that wouldn’t lock from the inside and a shower pan with no curtain or screen — it was an economical stay that served its purpose for my short trip.
