Generally good but the restaurant was disappointing and fridge caused a lot of drama

Good size room a very comfortable bed and very good bathroom.

The fridge was set too cold and destroyed a months worth of Insulin. It was very difficult to replace it in time for our cruise departure.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in good location.

Clean spacious room. Great location.

Continental breakfast very average. Tables not cleared, presuming from lack of staff. Would be nice to have a “real” coffee, instead of a machine coffee. Pool area, while very pleasant, was tired and in need of repair. I believe this is going to happen.

Everything was of immaculate standard, the room, food at the restaurant, the service.

Only little thing was the WIFI didn't work in the restaurant area.

Fortunately we were with friends so we had a nice time, alone it would have been disappointing.

The staff were friendly & extremely helpful. When the restaurant opened it was very nice , food was good, & the tables were nicely set & spaced well. It looked inviting.

We couldn’t get breakfast as the restaurant wasn’t open. The room was serviced only every other date which was unexpected in a hotel. The pool condition was very bad. The edging was crumbling & my husband actually picked up a loose tile from the bottom that had fallen off. But the pool was a good size, the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Beautiful place, unfortunately it rained the whole time so couldn’t utilise the pool. Would definitely go again

poor cleaning. coffee machine has empty pods, kettle had residual water in it and scum on the bath tub.

Disappointing

Swimming pool...

Charging peek prices ....Odd coffee cups only one wine glass. Tea coffee milk facilities not enough for two days if not servicing rooms. Sewage smell from drain pipes in bathroom.

Don't hesitate, a great place to stay!

Range of accommodation type, good quality, relaxed environment. I chose for standard & type of accommodation, pool & restaurant and location to Cable beach Relaxed and friendly staff, no question was an annoyance!

Zero concerns from me!

Loved it !!! Shame the restaurant didn’t open till 3pm through as we would have liked to have lunch by the poolside or in the restaurant .

Restaurant needs to open at 12pm for takeaway coffees and lunch

Nice big clean room, handy to beach. Easy to get into town. Nice place to relax, lovely pool.

Front desk weren’t very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t good value, very modest.

Loved it - 1000% understand that you are short staffed and most of the staff we dealt with were FAB!

Pool, happy hour, beds, big shower, We had booked for dinner at 7.30 was told the kitchen was closed even though we had booked as the booking was taken down wrong, however staff and chef stayed and cooked us a perfect meal. All went above and beyond. They alone are why Ill be back! Sunday night 24th - all staff in the dining area deserve a pat on the back.

no champagne flutes in the room, dirty clothes from previous guest left in the room, only 1 blanket when it was a twin bed room, 3 conditioners but no shampoo, all very very minor things but they add up.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Kimberley Sands will soon be closed for a takeover refurbishment, however, we still enjoyed our holiday in the last few weeks before closure. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food and beverage service was not available every day which was inconvenient.
