Our room was well set up with a kitchenette, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional- courteous and very helpful. We are seniors - our bags were willingly carried upstairs and we used the shuttle bus provided to take us to a pub for dinner and picked us up again to go home - for a small fee of course, but well worth it. We have no hesitation in giving it full marks.
I don’t think there was anything to complain about.

Room and able to use laundry which was good.
TV was good to be able to watch streaming channels.
There was no usb points to charge phones. The light switches by bed could be closer so don’t have to get out of to switch them off
