La amabilidad del persona es lo que más me gustó y la ubicación del lugar

La habitación asignada estaba alado del servicio del personal, por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido en las mañanas .

Mejoras a considerar

Las instalaciones gimnasio y piscina que estuvieran abierto las 24 hrs. Que acepten mascotas. El desayuno bufet. Las señoritas de recepción tienen muy buena disposición y amabilidad.

Que no tiene aire acondicionado la habitación. La reposición de toallas en el gimnasio en horario de la tarde. Algunas ocasiones no hacen aseo, solo estiraban la cama.. Se solicitó cambio de toallas y reposición de papel higiénico y personal de aseo no lo llevo, después de 3 horas, baje a recepción y la personal se hizo cargo de la situación personalmente.

¡Maravilloso!

Todo fue una maravilla, el desayuno súper variado! Todo de muy buena calidad y con muchas opciones para hacer una comida abundante que dé energia para afrontar el día! El staff súper atento y amable, tanto la geente de recepción y mantenimiento. En un momento tuvimos problemas con la cerradura y lo resolvieron en un rato sin demorarnos.

El wifi de a ratos andaba mal, pero nada terrible.

Very good option close to downtown

Nice restaurant, with tasty options. Very clean room. Nice pool and spa.

The staff at the reception desk when we arrived was rather inattentive

Zum Wohnen gut, Essen sollte man auswärts

- Person sehr freundlich - Zimmer wie gewünscht ruhig

- WIFI-Verbindung sehr schlecht. Langsam und Verbindung klappte oftmals nicht. Für ein NH-Hotel sehr schlecht - Die Küche im Hotel ist für Nachtessen schlecht, schlecht gekocht. Nur Desserts und Salate waren gut.

the hotel was under renovation which we were t informed of prior to arrival so was very dusty & noisy at early hours and throughout the day. rooms large and comfy with all the comforts you may need, staff lovely and helpful and offered discount when we complained about the noise levels. very conveniently located and I’m pretty sure I’d love our stay if we came at different time

Loved Bariloche

The location was very good, short walk to downtown, the breakfast was very good as well as the service. Liked the pool.

Longer operation hours for the pool, they start late and close very early.

The location was very good right near the waterfront. The wifi was very good in the room and also in the breakfast area. The room was clean. The shower and bathtub were clean and the water temperature remained pretty steady. The hotel felt very safe.

The room was too small for two people. There was only room for one suitcase the other had to be put in the closet. The bed was also to small for two tall people. The breakfast was good for me but my wife being gluten free the breakfast was marginal. One thing that bothered us was my wife left something at the breakfast table and the staff didn’t inform us even though we didn’t leave the place until an hour later. I know they found it because when we left the table had been cleaned up.

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Hotel needs some maintenance and upkeep. The walls are banged up and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Rooms are small and stark.

BEAUTIFUL views. Central location, walkable to everything. Great facility. Very reasonable cost especially compared to other options of a comparable quality level.

Food at breakfast was awful. Spa was disorganized and doesn't work in practice -- if you try to book in advance, they tell you to reserve when you get there. But then it's full with advance bookings when you try to book on the spot... very confusing.

Nice hotel in a beautiful town. Will return! But please deal with your latenight street hoodlums.

This was our second stay at the NH Bariloche Edelweiss. I like the location and hotel quality. It has the best breakfast in Bariloche, and is a great spot to be picked up for adventures. We motorcycled in from Chile, needed parking, which is a bit awkward in this facility, but they have a better arrangement in a newer garage a block away, so I used that, far better. We stayed four nights, really enjoy the town. The hotel is solid in every way, albeit aging a bit.

The street noise in Bariloche is getting worse, especially late at night, with unmuffled motorcycles and cars racing in the streets. Hotel management and police should take action, as it was every night. We were there four nights, and the same vehicles every night, uniquely identifiable backfires and engine sounds, so not too difficult to address with legal action. True quality of life issue given need to keep windows open, I assume moreso for local residents. Would never be tolerated in a U.S. town.

excellent 4 start hotel. I really appreciated they went far and beyond with my situation with the restaurant situation a

restaurant inside and bar/cafe available. I had a situation with the restaurant once but it was easily solved and the didn’t charge me for the breakfast. so all and all it was a great experience z

sometime the cleaning was a little bit superficial… no clearing the bath tub or the glass for water they had.
