Would never recommend!

Location and breakfast

Location and breakfast good, room from late twenties, yes, nineteen twenties! Bathroom close to unusable! lights only on mirror wall, 3 weak and glossy yellow small bulbs … not enough! Electrical installations barely working! Outlets, switchers and lamps consistently failing! Can’t imagine how this hotel can be somehow linked to Marriot!

Comfortable hotel in Bariloche.

We only stayed one night, we arrived from LLAO llao on to take an early flight, nice hotel with very good location to down town, we walked to some local stores and bought chocolates at Rapanui.

The first room we got had no view, we asked for a better room and got one with a view of the lake, nice room all good.

Pleasant hotel but could be improved

Quite a good location in walking distance of the center of Bariloche. Numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

My room was in need of refurbishing - poor lighting, no desk (two easy chairs with collapsed seats and a coffee table instead). however my main concern is that the bathroom really needed modernizing. Bedroom door had to be slammed to close.

Sub par Marriott, could do better

hotel is a bit run down , not Marriott level . Continental breakfast for $25 is good

a bit run down , need to ‘ book’ to access pool and gym , making it impossible to do things on spur of the moment . Bad towels , unacceptable for a Marriott

The stay was very comfortable and the staff as always were very pleasant.

The breakfast was fine. Breakfasts however are not particularly important to me.

The change in car parking arrangements is unfortunate. They are now very small and difficult to use.

Very good stay! I would definitely go again.

When talking about the upper rooms, they have an absolutely stunning view! The heating is good and there was a TV, though we rarely watched it! It was much better to appreciate the view. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was very helpful.

good but not as i expected for the group hotel chain

The room as i expected it to be The breakfast exceptional and staff very helpful , polite and well trained . The view was also what I paid for exceptional

the bar service was closed at 11 pm - and then later towards the end of the stay was open later. - Also there was a very limited restaurant service in the evenings which surprised me as the hotel has the space.

Very expensive for low quality hotel

Breakfast

Very expensive (350 USD per night for a regular room with no view on the lake and a low quality facilities): wet bathroom without CMV, low quality facilities regarding the swimming pool (6 sun beds for a hundred rooms). I will not recommend this hotel.
