We had a great week at Macrossan House. The location is central yet peaceful. Surrounded by other quiet complexes and lush gardens, it made for a relaxing break. Because we had to change rooms, due to a plumbing issue, we were able to appreciate the lovely garden scene on the ground floor and the misty hills from the top. Jo and Gary made sure we were not negatively impacted by the issue, even though it made things difficult for them. The apartment had necessary cooking implements, comfortable bed, good shower, a balcony and effective air conditioner. Thanks guys!
Some early morning noises in the locality disturbed the serenity a few times, but this is outside the owners’ control.

The location was great.
We liked that the hotel was very central to everything.
The supermarket was also close.
Because the hotel was set back from the street, it was
very quiet.
We used the BBQ and the swimming pool. Both great.

Location was right in the centre of town. Close proximity to beach, restaurants and shops.
Joanne and Gary our hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area.
They also have parking
Nothing. It did not bother us but could be a problem getting a seat at the pool on a busy day

We were disappointed with our apartment, the interior was absolutely fine but we had no sun on our deck due to its location on the property, if we ever came back we would not stay on that lower level again
The apartment was number 1, we stayed in unit 6 previously and loved every minute of our stay
