Location, close to tram, close to WWLs. Quite place and not too far from city centre.
The reception wanted my VISA debit for security check, but one of them asked for CVV as well. Don't think that is a correct procedure. A cash deposit works as well, so could prepare some cash in case.

If you're looking for an inner-city hotel with all the basic amenities that is value for money and is close to other conveniences such as a supermarket, drug store, restaurants, cafes, and public transport, then this is the place to stay. The room had everything that I needed: a large bed and shower, a hair dryer, a mini fridge and a very effective AC. The option to pay for secure parking was a bonus, but there is also decent street parking (2-hour and 4-hour non-metered spaces); however, this can be limited. I liked the secure entrance using your room card to access the main lobby, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
It would've been helpful to know that parking is $25 per day before booking, as it affected my overall stay budget. I also found that the king-size mattress was placed on two double-bed bases. This created a hard spot in the middle of the mattress and forced you to pick a side. My room only had 4 working coat hangers; one was broken, and there definitely could've be more hangers in the closet. Yes, it's a budget hotel; however, a fresh paint job is needed to keep it from looking like a cheap hostel (too many scuffs and stains on the walls).

"24 hour desk service with a very lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand. Amazing value for money—the rooms are a little small but for the price you’re paying and the location it is absolutel..."
